Reporter Charlo Greene Quits on Live TV in Style

Well that’s certainly a unique way to go out.  Charlo Greene, a reporter out of KTVA News Alaska, recently decided to throw in the professional towel and quit on live television – except she decided to take a more unique way to put in her two weeks.  This video is short and sweet folks, but if you’re in the office I would recommend turning your speakers down to low volume so that way Lumbergh won’t hear ya.  Speaking of Lumbergh –

First Person in Perth to Buy an iPhone 6 Drops it on Live TV

The Internet is awesome for many a reason, but it is especially cool due to the fact that we get to relish in other people’s epic failures.  Yes, Bob Saget and his America’s Funniest Home Videos pretty much pioneered that idea, but the Internet and it’s fail video following is now so big that even Bob in all of his awesomeness just doesn’t compare.  This morning, as folks pick up their pre-ordered iPhone 6’s around the globe, we have our first iPhone 6 fail video straight out of Perth, Australia.  While all of us here in America expected a kangaroo kicked it out of this guy’s arms – sorry, Australian SQ Nation, it was too easy – the guy was just a retard when he opened the box.  Thankfully, it was in front of the entire line of iPhone 6 customers waiting outside of the store – oh, and the fact that it was on live TV was pretty cool too!

Ninja Warrior Takes on Menacing Water Bottles

While I don’t think anything will ever topple the original Home Shopping Network samurai sword mishap video, this fat kid turned elite ninja warrior taking down water bottles comes darn close.  Yes, that is a pug shirt he is wearing, and you have to bet this ninja uses this video as a pick-up line when he’s out at night with his pals trying to pick up ladies.  Oh, and this video probably works every single time: “So, want to check out my driveway?”

Super Bad Mario Video

When I first came across this video, I thought the talented creator Pastek was going to go the Superbad movie route based on the name.  While I was wrong on the video direction – this awesome funny retro Mario video is actually about Mario instigating some hilarious fails – the video is still excellent, and still a must see for your Thursday morning.  While you may have seen some of the original fail footage in this film, it doesn’t matter – this video will have you laughing continuously!

Epic Family Feud Fast Money Fail Video

I have watched a lot of Family Feud over the course of my 31 years – I still think it is one of the better game shows out there – but I have never seen an epic fail like this one.  While you may have a good idea on what happens here, I guarantee you will still be surprised at the very end – I would explain what I am getting at, but then I would just be giving it away, wouldn’t I?  Don’t miss this absolutely epic Family Feud fail video!

Curb Your Enthusiasm Video: Greg, the Flamboyant Kid

Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of my all-time favorite comedies.  I was a huge fan of Seinfeld growing up, so Curb was a natural fit; it also took me a few seasons until I discovered that George Costanza’s character on Seinfeld is actually based on Larry’s actual life, which made Curb even funnier since George is one of the best TV characters of all-time, and that’s not up for debate.  With eight incredibly hilarious seasons already in the Curb Your Enthusiasm books, the door is still tentatively open at HBO for Larry to do a ninth, and as a huge fan all I can do is hope.  In the meantime, at least we have reruns and thousands of hilarious Curb Your Enthusiasm videos like the one above – when Larry meets the flamoyant Greg – to keep us entertained!

Parks and Recreation Season 6 Bloopers Video

Can you believe Parks and Recreation is down to its final freaking season?  WTF?  While Parks never was as funny as say The Office was at its peak, Ron Swanson, Aziz Ansari and co have really grown on me.  Chris Pratt was always hilarious, and now that he’s pretty much reached mega stardom thanks to Guardians of the Galaxy, the final season of Parks and Recreation will surely be off the charts rating wise, which brings me to the question, if ratings do skyrocket, do you think this really be the final season?  Don’t you just love run-on sentences?  It feels good to throw those out there every once in a while.  You know what also feels good?  Watching the hilarious Parks and Rec blooper montage video above!  It will be the second-best ten minutes you’ll spend today; what’s the first, you ask?  The ten minutes after the video you spend getting lost here at SQ!

Jimmy Fallon Plays Goldeneye 64 with Pierce Brosnan

While I know this video got passed around the Interweb by almost the entire world yesterday – I saw it just when I had to leave for work in the morning, so I wasn’t able to publish it – I just have to make sure this gets thrown up on SQ.  If you’re one of our faithful SQ regulars, you’re probably well aware of my deep affinity for anything Goldeneye; a while back I posted a Goldeneye 64 speed run challenge on 00 Agent (the Aztec bonus level), but still am waiting on a brave challenger.  Goldeneye, just like Jimmy said in the beginning of this awesome video, is hands down one of the best video games of all time, and I would be hard pressed to not drop it in my top three. If you grew up with a Nintendo 64, you likely spent most of your time playing Goldeneye – do not pass up on this video!

Zach Galifianakis and Ken Jeong 1998 Stand-up Video

No, it’s not #TBT (that’s Throwback Thursday there boss), but this one is just too good to wait another 52 hours!  Yesterday we brought you a Zach Galifianakis stand-up video gem from 1999, but today we are going to not only go back one whole year to 1998, but we’re going to add the legendary Ken Jeong – aka Mr. Chow – to the stage.  Yes, you read that right: this is Alan and Mr. Chow 9 years before they would become absolute mega stars with the release of The Hangover.  For the love of all that is funny, do not pass up this video.  Please.

Zach Galifianakis Luna Park Stand Up Video from 1999

Raise your hand if you knew who Zach Galifianakis was before Y2K hit?  Seriously, be honest now – did you?  Most people remember or think of Zach’s first role from the highly underrated movie Out Cold, but that didn’t come out until 2001, when your’s truly was just a freshman in college.  If you guessed The Hangover, well, you’re way off.  Try 1999ish, folks.  Crazy, right?  Well what you’ll find above is the mega-star that is Zach Galifianakis doing stand-up way back in that very year, just before his meteoric rise began to take shape.  The setting is Luna Park in West Hollywood, and I can’t think of a better or funnier way to kick off your Monday morning!

My Name Is John Daker Public Access Video

Who is John Daker you ask?  I’m still asking that very same question, but for now just realize that this dude is now a front page star here at SQ – so he must be popular, right?  Well with nearly half a million views over at YouTube, John Daker appears to be the most popular church singer you’ve never heard of – until today.  As if your Friday morning couldn’t get any more weird!
